What it is for

See your invoices and payments, and settle a pending payment.

Payment methods

• Mercado Pago: credit card, debit card or account balance.
• Stripe: international card.

Invoices and payments

In Subscription you see two lists:

• Invoices: period, amount (with the discount if any), due date and status (draft, pending, paid, overdue, cancelled). On a pending or overdue invoice there is a button to pay it.
• Payment history: date, amount, provider and status (approved, pending, rejected, refunded), with a link to the receipt.

Subscription statuses

Trial, active, past due, cancelled, expired or pending. If you fall into past due or expired, the platform warns you.

Discount coupons

You can enter a coupon when you change plan and also in the payment modal of an already generated invoice. The discount can be a percentage or a fixed amount, and can apply for a number of months. The final price is shown before you confirm.
