Connect Messenger
Who it is for: whoever manages the account
Connect one or more Facebook pages to handle their Messenger messages from TalkAI.
How to connect

Step:Go to Settings, find the Facebook pages section and tap Connect Facebook pages.

Step:In the Facebook login, sign in with the account that manages the page.
➡️
Step:Authorize TalkAI to list your pages and manage their messages.
➡️
Step:Choose which page(s) to connect.
When done, Messenger messages start arriving in the Inbox.

Important:You must be an administrator of the Facebook page you want to connect.
Considerations
- As with WhatsApp, there is a 24-hour window: outside it there are restrictions on writing first.
- Each connected page shows its status. If it says "reconnection required", connect again from Settings.
- An AI agent can handle Messenger, as with WhatsApp (see AI agents).
