Notification preferences
Who it is for: whoever handles conversations
What it is for
Each user sets how they want to be notified about important activity. These preferences are personal (they apply only to you, in this browser).
Events you can be notified about
| Event | When it fires |

| New message | A message arrives in a conversation |
| Conversation assigned | A conversation is assigned to you |
| Conversation queued | A conversation enters the queue |
| Internal message | Another user writes to you in the internal chat |
Notification channels
For each event you can turn on or off:
- Browser: a system notification, even if TalkAI is in another tab.
- Sound: an audible alert.

Important:To get browser notifications you have to allow them when the browser asks the first time. If you blocked them, TalkAI warns you.

Tip:A good starting point: browser and sound for "New message" and "Conversation assigned", and keep "Queued" quieter if you do not manage the queue.
