Who it is for: whoever manages the account
TalkAI brings the messages from four channels into a single Inbox. Besides WhatsApp (the main one), you can connect:
- Messenger (Facebook pages).
- Instagram (direct messages). See Connect Instagram.
- Webchat (a chat for your website).
All messages, whatever the channel, reach the same Inbox and can be handled by people or by your AI agents.
