What it is for

Personal settings for your user in Profile.

Personal details

• Name and avatar.
• The email cannot be changed.
• Interface language.

Change the password

• Go to Profile.
• Enter your current password and the new one (minimum 8 characters).
• Confirm the new one.

Google Calendar

Each user connects their own Google Calendar from Profile, using Google's authorization (OAuth). It syncs your appointments with your calendar. See Appointments and Google Calendar.

My quick replies

Besides the team's quick replies, you can build your own, which only you see. In the chat they appear together with the team's.

Security

Two-step verification is turned on from Profile. See Account security.

Delete the account

From Profile you can request deletion of your organization's account. It asks for a written confirmation and our team handles the process.
